Along with the training, it has software to help you track your progress over the eight week period.

If you stay committed, the eight week training camp will give you everything you need for you to turn out to be amazingly fit and strong. There is a guide that takes you through every part of the training and worksheets detailing exercises in terms of the reps and sets to be done as well as tips on the rest periods required. Additionally, you will receive a nutrition guide to make sure that you are getting the right foods to help you build strength and burn fat. The course features streaming videos of the exercises and there is an online forum to discuss the exercises and to get assistance. Phase three of the training program is called post camp when you get to see the results you have achieved.
